Shower Curtains in Oman: Measure Width, Drop and Rod Fit
A shower curtain is a small purchase with a surprisingly exact fit. Before browsing shower curtains in Oman, measure the opening, the height from the rod to the inside of the shower, and the space where the curtain can move without touching a cabinet or towel rail.
Start with the opening
Measure the width the curtain must cover when fully drawn. Allow enough fabric to overlap the shower edges; a curtain stretched flat can leave gaps. Check the listed curtain width and length independently. A longer drop is useful only if the hem remains inside the shower without bunching on the floor, where it stays wet.

Rod and rings
Check whether the rod is included, whether its adjustment range fits the opening, and whether its fixing method suits the wall. Rings may be sold separately. Count the curtain eyelets and match them to the ring pack. For a tension rod, follow the maker’s installation instructions and avoid treating it as a grab rail.
Fabric and liner
Read the material and care label rather than assuming every curtain can go in a washing machine. A decorative fabric curtain may need a separate water-resistant liner; verify that both fit the same rod and hang inside the wet area. Let the curtain dry extended after use and follow the label for washing.

IKEA Oman’s shower-curtain category lists curtains alongside rods and rings, while Danube Home Oman shows another range.
