When can you renew?

What happens after payment?

After successful payment, ROP says the applicant receives the service receipt. Confirm that the status reports completion and that the renewed expiry date appears correctly. Save the reference and receipt. If the amount was taken but the service still shows pending or failed, do not create a second payment until ROP confirms the first transaction.
